The delivery country must also coincide with the store from which you are purchasing. In the top right-hand corner of the webpage, you can change the store for purchases with a delivery address outside Spain.
Deliveries to non-EU countries will be subject to additional customs and/or import charges in addition to the total order cost. The charges are to be paid by the order recipient.
If you have a Scalpers promotional code, you will be able to enter it before completing your order, on the “Order Summary” page. Enter the promotional code and click ‘Apply discount code’. If the discount code is valid, the discount will be applied in the order summary.

Returns and International Exchanges
In order for us to accept a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels still attached, as well as the original packaging. It is only possible to process returns of products that are bought via the online shop.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear such as socks or boxers, nor “wardrobing”.
If you wish to return a product purchased as part of a promotion when you buy one or more items, Scalpers will refund the cost of the product, deducting the relevant offer. If the promotion is a gift item, the customer should include the gift item together with the product for return.

You will have to complete the returns panel and once the request has been sent, you will receive an informative email on how to complete the process.
The customer has to pay for the return shipment, but we assume the cost of the size change.
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received; correctly labeled and with no apparent signs of use. Scalpers reserves the right not to accept any item that is not in perfect condition. To exchange your item for a different size you have to process a return and place a new order

If you do not want to return an item but want to exchange it for a different size, you can do so within 30 days.
Take the item and the document sent with the order, or confirmation email, to one of our stores. The items you wish to return will be sent to our offices in order for the refund to be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
To process a return you have to send your original order to our central warehouse located in Seville. Customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges.

Step 1. Place the items you wish to return in a box, alongside the delivery receipt. If you do not have this receipt, you can also print the order confirmation email, or if you are registered with www.scalpers.es/eu you can find the order confirmation in “My Account”. Do not forget to include one of these receipts with the item you wish to return. If we do not have one of them, it will be impossible to identify you and successfully offer you a refund
Step 2. Take the parcel to a post office or mailing centre and request proof of purchase. You must retain the proof of purchase until you receive the requested refund. Unfortunately, we can only offer a refund for returns if we receive the proof of postage. Give the courier the correctly sealed and packaged item.

Step 4. Refund: Once your item arrives at our central warehouse, the Customer Service department will be in contact with you to confirm the refund. Refunds take approximately 15 days. Please note this may take longer at Christmas or during the sales.
In Scalpers you can change the size of the same article. Remember that you cannot change the garment for a different one or for the same one in another colour.

1. Product availability
Scalpers devotes great effort to consistently meet users' demand for products. Total cancellation: In the event that one or more products of a placed order are unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as this circumstance is detected and Scalpers will proceed to refund the cost of the unavailable product or products.
Partial cancellation: If one or more products of a placed order are unavailable, but the remaining products are available, the customer will be informed of the partial cancellation of its order via telephone or email. 6. Delivery of products

Scalpers undertakes to deliver products in perfect condition to the address you specify on the order form and which must in any case be found on the Spanish mainland or in the Balearic Islands. This can be different from your billing address.
In order to optimize the delivery, we ask that you please provide an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
Scalpers accepts no liability for any errors in delivery when the delivery address you provided on the order form does not correspond to reality or has parts missing.
Estimated delivery
For most countries, the established estimated period for delivery is from 5-15 working days from the time you place your order. Finalization of delivery

In the event of delivery delays attributable to Scalpers (other than for reasons such as the customization of products, the occurrenceof unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone) you may cancel your order inaccordance with the procedure described in the "returns procedure"section.
In the event where the courier has tried to deliver your products within the agreed period but has been unsuccessful for reasons attributable to you will not be considered delayed delivery. Should 15 working days elapse after the order goes out for delivery without delivery being possible, the package will be returned to Scalpers' warehouse and you will bear the shipping and return costs of the merchandise, in addition to any possible associated handling fees. These costs will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned order which will be refunded.
I have not received my order

If you have a Scalpers promotional code, you will be able to enter it before completing your order, on the “Order Summary” page. Enter the promotional code and click ‘Apply discount code’. If the discount code is valid, the discount will be applied in the order summary.
Scalpers’ promotions (discount codes) are not cumulative and thus limited to one per person and per online order. Promotional codes cannot be combined. 8. Return policy
Products that cannot be returned
You shall not have the right to return the following products:
